These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of the Prostor service - the applications for Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, the website and related services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you accept these Terms in full.

1. Description of the Service

Prostor is a proxy client built on the Xray core with split tunnelling support. The Service lets you use your own keys and third-party vendor configurations (VLESS, VMess, Shadowsocks, Trojan, Hysteria, Hysteria2).

2. Supported platforms

The application is released for four platforms: Windows, macOS, iOS and Android. These Terms apply to every version of the application. The set of available features may differ between platforms because of the restrictions of the respective operating system.

3. Registration and access

No registration is required to use the application.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Service you undertake to:

• comply with applicable law;
• not use the Service for unlawful activity, including unauthorised access to information systems, distribution of malicious software or sending spam;
• not infringe the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights;
• not take any action aimed at disrupting the Service, its servers or its infrastructure.

The Rightholder may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are breached.

5. Third-party keys and configurations

When you use your own keys and third-party vendor configurations, you and the relevant vendor are responsible for their operability, the lawfulness of obtaining them and their terms of use. The Rightholder does not control third-party servers and is not responsible for their availability.

6. Availability of the Service

The Rightholder aims to keep the Service running reliably but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, acts of third parties, network failures and other circumstances beyond the Rightholder's reasonable control.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Rightholder is not liable for any indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data or other harm arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

The Rightholder may amend these Terms. The current version is published on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new version.
