Delete your Prostor account

This page explains how to delete your account in the Prostor app (developer: Prostor) and what happens to your data.

1. Delete the account in the app

1. Open the Prostor app.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Tap Sign out and delete account and confirm with Delete.

The account is deleted on our servers right away.

2. Request deletion without the app

If the app is no longer installed, write to us on Telegram and include your Prostor ID. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm it in reply.

3. What is deleted

• your account (Prostor ID) and its subscription;
• your support conversation, including attached images.

4. What is kept

• crash reports and anonymised usage statistics - they are not linked to your Prostor ID and are deleted automatically when the retention period of our analytics provider (Google Firebase) ends;
• payment records, if any, for as long as accounting law requires.

The contents of your internet traffic are never stored, so there is nothing to delete. See also the Privacy Policy.
